Remi’s background in design comes from running REMI.C.T Studio - an ongoing studio within Hackney Wick which was founded through fusing design and development with Maryland House, while challenging the parameters of London’s housing, work, retail, and public spaces and extend their potential by creating a design-led environment.
The studio has brought forward the conversation of design and development from property development to exhibiting at the Venice Biennale 2018.

Sara’s background is in business development, growth and marketing. She studied Economics at the University of Manchester and has been involved in property since 2013.
Living, working and growing up in East London she’s passionate about the continually evolving landscape and working to play a part in addressing the very real need for housing.
Her area of expertise is in identifying and securing sites. Once secured she works with our partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful delivery of each development.
