Primarily working directly with vendors, we hand select sites with development potential. We buy sites unconditionally, offer subject to planning or partner with land owners.

Having lived, worked and grown up in East London this is our main area of focus and WE specialise in often complex sites with the potential for new build development.
PLANNING
We have a clear process, working alongside planning authorities to deliver schemes that are aligned with planning policy and answer to Borough and city needs.
CONSTRUCTION
We consult with construction partners and advisors from the outset of each development to ensure that our developments are affordable and realistic to build while also pushing the boundaries of design.
SALES
Mindful of end sales from the very beginning - we understand our end buyers and incorporate small details which impact end values from the outset. We work with highly reputed agents to sell each of our bespoke developments.
